Dr Jayne Turner

 

Clinical Psychologist, Dr Jayne Turner, understands as individuals we are all unique and our psychological experiences have influenced who we are today. 


The AHPRA-approved and APS member is devoted to working collaboratively with clients to learn, understand, and grow through self-exploration. With an eclectic approach of tailored evidenced based treatments for clients, Jayne endeavours to assist clients work toward personal empowerment, living healthier, happier lives, and is the drive behind Jayne’s thriving practice. 


Her interest in a range of anxiety disorders including panic disorders, transitional life stages, avoidance behaviours, OCD and depression, provides our guests with a breadth of services on offer.

Sarah Hall

 

Sarah has enjoyed her career as a psychologist for over 18 years. She strives to create a comfortable and flexible working alliance with clients, making the process of psychology readily accessible and user-friendly. 


Sarah believes that every individual has their own unique blend of ‘normal’ and works to encourage clients to connect with their values and make meaningful changes in life. She enjoys incorporating humour and a depth of compassion into her work and has become appreciated as a relaxed and approachable clinician.


Educated at the University of Melbourne and Deakin University, Sarah has developed strong interest in the use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). 


She works with clients aged 16 years and above, and has a breadth of experience with many presenting issues, including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, interpersonal and communication difficulties, grief and loss, self-concept and self-esteem difficulties, and substance use challenges.
